By calling it a “raid,” you are falling into the trap of accepting the Trumpistas’ rhetoric. This was NOT a “raid.” The FBI did not storm Mar-a-Lago with guns drawn. They executed a search warrant, drawn up in the proper legal fashion with probable cause, and signed off by a judge. They informed the Secret Service personnel on-site that they were coming. Trump’s lawyer was present throughout.

Calling it a “raid” is the kind of inflammatory rhetoric that the Trumpistas are using to whip up the very attitudes you decry.
