I think I need to speak up on behalf of the lipstick lesbians. We tend to dress more femme, meaning we sometimes get mistaken for straight women, but we’re just as lesbian as the flannel fanciers. (I think a lot of trans lesbians go the lipstick route, just because we denied that aspect of ourselves for so long.)
