I'm reminded of the Babylon 5 episode "The Parliament of Dreams," in which the various races showed off their religious traditions. The Centauri, the Narn, the Minbari--they all had singular traditions. But the humans showed off the multitude of different religions that can be found on Earth, in a clear inversion of the "hats" trope.
