Well, I'm not just past 50, but a trans lesbian as well, which gives me a few more negatives. But I remain optimistic, to a degree. I don't really have anything on a "physical appearance" list; I have a bit of a preference for femme women over butch women, but, then again, I know some very nice butch women.

I've also been introduced to the concept of relationship anarchy, which may be the best way for me to go. I don't really need to marry or possess anyone, just have someone to love now and again. And I have a couple of women in my life now that fulfill that, to a certain degree, and there may be more in the offing from them, or other women out there that would help. In the end, I kind of have to make my own way, as even the rule books for cis women my age don't really apply, and I'm off at the far end of all the bell curves.
